When we become your lawyers

Calling us, emailing us or sending the contact form doesn't make you our client, and it doesn't make us your lawyers. That relationship starts only when we've checked for conflicts, agreed to take your matter, and we've both signed a written fee agreement.

Past results

Any description of past matters or client comments on this site is for illustration. Every case turns on its own facts, and what happened in one matter doesn't predict or promise the result in another.

Please keep confidential details out of the form

The contact form and ordinary email aren't a secure way to share sensitive information, and until we've agreed to represent you we may not be able to keep what you send confidential. Give us your name, a way to reach you and a sentence about the kind of help you need. We'll take the details when we talk.

Where we practice

Our lawyers are admitted to practice only in the states listed on their own pages. Links to other sites are for convenience; we don't control them and aren't responsible for what they say.
